Trust focus in match day programme

Wolves 1877 Trust was featured in the Wolves Match Day programme for the Leicester match. The article focused on Fan Consultation and builds on the growing relationship between the Trust and the club. Although the Trust is completely independent of the club, it is our clear objective to establish structured dialogue, across a wide range of topics, so that the club can feel confident in its discussions with the Trust.

The article highlighted that the Trust already has representation on the club’s established consultation groups:

  • Match Day Experience

  • Retail

  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)

  • Ticketing

Trust Chair, Daniel Warren, said in the article ‘‘The Trust is there to represent all Wolves supporters. We have an ongoing dialogue with the club across a wide range of topics and act as a constructive friend. Membership is open to all Wolves supporters; the Board of the Trust is subject to a democratic election process’’

Implementing the findings of the Fan-led Review of Governance, within football, is something that the Trust is focused on, and discussions with the club are ongoing.
