Trust AGM Agenda and Elections

The AGM of Wolves 1877 Trust will be held Thursday 20th April 2023, 7:00 PM, at AFC Wulfrunians Club, Castlecroft Road, Wolverhampron, WV3 8NA (where Wolves Women used to play, the old Wolves Training Ground).

The meeting is open to all supporters, only paid up members can take part in the voting.

Elections will be held for the following positions: Treasurer and EDI replacements and Fan Advisory Board Member - new role.

5.    Chair’s report on Trust activities 22/23 and future plans - Daniel Warren.

6.    Financial Report - Acting Treasurer, Keith Bickley.

7.    Results of the Ticketing Survey and Wolves financial results 21/22

8.    Members’ vote for Board Positions.

9.    Resolution : Members’ vote on the introduction of associate  membership - Proposed : Ciaran Barker.

Members interested in standing for any of the positions should email the Trust Secretary with an expression of interest.

Members that cannot attend the AGM can pass on a proxy vote to the chair, or other attending member. This should be done in writing to the secretary prior to the meeting.
